At William Barnes, the children are given a Microsoft Teams login when they join the school. This is also shared with the children each year (for example some classes staple the login details to the front of the children’s Reading Journals). In the event of school closure during term time, staff are trained to provide remote learning using the Microsoft Teams platform. Under these circumstances, children would log into Teams at home, and the teachers would provide a mixture of ‘live’ lessons and activities using the Teams platform.
