Staff Over the Moon with Parental Questionnaires

Our annual analysis of the parental questionnaires shows that yet again the parents at William Barnes are more

than satisfied with the education that the school provides. The information that parent’s provide is invaluable to the school because it enables the parent’s voice to be included in the leadership team’s long-term planning. Parents are given the opportunity to comment on areas that are pleased with or they would like to see improve in an additional box at the bottom of the questionnaire. Following the suggestion of Mrs Welch in the office, a sample of typical comments are quoted anonymously below.

‘I think the school is fantastic; all the staff lovely and really try to help ***** in any way they can. Thank you all the staff at William Barnes.’
‘The school have coped well with my child’s condition and adapted things to allow him to lead a normal school life.’ ‘**** has really flourished since joining William Barnes. She has been welcomed with open arms, made lovely friends and seems to be excelling academically as well.’

‘**** has settled I in well. She feels the classes are much calmer and the other children more mature than in her old school.’
